	Welcome to Signal Training Solutions! We are a signal training school devoted to delivering quality training programs for the Freight and Transit Railway industry. STS tailors its services and approach to fit each railway’s particular need, with the goal of creating training that adds value to your railroad. Our programs target the gap between current knowledge and skill-level and the desired knowledge and skill-level. We will work with your organization to identify the gap and recommend programs that will close it. We offer a wide range of signal training solutions, from complete comprehensive apprentice programs to individual courses on specific signal equipment. We do everything "in-house," including lesson design, multimedia development, and printing services. We also offer program implementation and updating services to keep your training current.
